How do I get a copy of everything, or have it deleted?

Write to hello@thisolive.com from the email you use for Olive. Tell us what you'd like:

• A copy of your family's archive. We'll send it to the household admin.
• Something about you removed, or your account closed.
• Information about a living relative corrected or removed. They can ask too, even if they aren't a member.

We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
